By creating an account, accessing, or using iTrackStudio, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of your organization and agree to these terms.

• You must provide accurate and current information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining account credentials and access security.
• You are responsible for all activities performed through authorized user accounts.

You agree not to misuse iTrackStudio, including but not limited to:

• Unauthorized access attempts or circumvention of security controls.
• Uploading unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Using the platform for abusive, fraudulent, or illegal activities.
• Interfering with service integrity, performance, or availability.

Subscription plans, billing intervals, and pricing are defined in your selected plan or executed commercial agreement.

Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of service access.

iTrackStudio, including software, branding, documentation, and platform design, is the intellectual property of iRoot Technologies Private Limited or its licensors.

No ownership rights are transferred to customers except for limited usage rights granted under the subscription.

iTrackStudio may interoperate with third-party services. iRoot Technologies Private Limited is not responsible for third-party platforms, policies, or service interruptions beyond our direct control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iRoot Technologies Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of iTrackStudio.

Total liability, if any, is limited to amounts paid by the customer for the service during the applicable claim period, subject to law and contract.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, legal non-compliance, abuse, or non-payment.

Customers may terminate service in accordance with plan cancellation terms or contractual notice provisions.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the competent courts having jurisdiction in India, unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement.

iRoot Technologies Private Limited may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms become effective when published.
